Queen win casino is refusing to pay out my winnings. I was told they need documents. Only to then be told by Grace via chat that it's there mistake and that I'm able to withdraw. Only for my withdrawal to be rejected. I've sent you evidence of this.

Hello. Thanks for your email. I managed to get my withdrawal in the end. I was asked to send proof of a £100 deposit I made on the 6th. I find that quite strange though because all debit cards I've used and all Bank accounts I've used has been verified already. As usual casino's make things awkward when you want to withdraw for the simple fact they don't like you winning.
