Case summary

The player from the United Kingdom felt scammed out of 200 free spins after making a second deposit of £20, as the casino had informed him that a £50 deposit was required. He had uploaded screenshot evidence to support his claim. The complaint was not upheld because the player chose to continue playing with his deposited funds without the bonus, which was considered acceptance of the standard gameplay conditions. It was explained that players should not play if a bonus was not credited and should resolve the issue with customer support first. Therefore, no retroactive bonus or compensation was requested from the casino.

I was scammed out of 200 free spins after my second deposit. The casino told me via chat I should have deposited £50 and not £20. And you can clearly see this by the screenshot evidence I've uploaded.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Queenwin Casino.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions so I can better understand the situation.

  • Have you decided to play with the deposited amount without the bonus?
  • Has the casino offered any alternative bonus to you instead?
  • Have you asked the casino for a refund of your deposit?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas

Hello. Thanks for your reply. Yes I did play the deposit amount without the bonus. And the casino didn't offer anything or do anything about it.

Regards.

Dear kchoudhury78,

Thank you for providing all the additional information.

After carefully reviewing your case, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with your complaint. While we understand your concerns regarding the bonus not being credited, it is important to note that you chose to continue playing with your deposited funds despite the bonus not being applied to your account. In such situations, if a bonus is not credited as expected, players are advised not to play and resolve the issue with customer support before proceeding. By deciding to play with the deposited funds without any active bonus, the gameplay is considered as accepted under standard conditions. Because of this, we are unfortunately unable to request that the casino retroactively apply bonuses or provide compensation.

We understand this may be disappointing. However, based on the circumstances and our complaint evaluation policy, we cannot hold the casino responsible in this case.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards

Tomas
