Hello there casino guru team , I won grand jackpot of 225 euro in game - Piggy Tap from ONLYPLAY provider and excatly at that moment when i won this Jackpot , - This casino Posido did log me out while i had active free spins in game piggy tap , when i logged back in my winnings were confiscated.

And when i check game history my Grand jackpot of 225 euro is wanished from history , this bug has happend before in same game but different casino , but this casino just refuses to contact game provider about this glitch , i had similiar problems had before in other casinos but those cases were taken seriously and Casinos did actually contact game provider and returned my winnings back.

Could you please clarify whether the casino confiscated the win or the win wasn't credited due to a bug?


▪︎ The winning ammount of 225 euro were credited at first on my balance , but as soon as I won that Grand jackpot i got logged out from my account automatically because of their system - ( each 30-35 min session you get terminated and automatically logged off ) then i log back on and saw that my balance just Vanished to previous balance which was so terrifying to notice.
