Posido Casino - Player believes that their withdrawal has been delayed.

Same old complaint with this line of casinos. Made a withdrawal request of again $750 (because of their ridiculous withdrawal limit of $750!) on March 22nd and still haven’t received any money after 13 days. I made a subsequent withdrawal request for the remaining $650 and who knows how long I’ll have to wait for THAT amount.

For the life of me, I can’t understand how these casinos are rated so high… look at all the user reviews, they say the same thing! You will wait forever for a withdrawal and customer service will be zero help. I’ve actually NEVER heard back from anyone when I email customer support, and online chat agents are useless. They give the same scripted, boilerplate plate responses over and over and say they really can’t do anything because it’s not their department.

I just played at another casino and received a withdrawal in less than 5 minutes. This is how it should be! This casino line is stalling, hoping you’ll give up and cancel your withdrawal amount to gamble it away. This is beyond frustrating.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

After I sent them a screenshot of the complaint they sent the first $750, then 2 days later they sent the remainder of the withdrawal.

Unfortunately, it seems to take a complaint to make these casinos pay… I wish it were different 🤷🏻‍♀️.
