Dear anass99,
Thank you for the update and for providing the payment details.
We understand how frustrating it can be to withdraw such a significant balance in smaller installments.
However, the casino appears to be processing your withdrawals periodically, with the payments received so far falling within Casino Guru's standard 14-day waiting period for delayed withdrawals before we intervene.
According to the casino's Terms and Conditions, withdrawal limits depend on the player's account level, with the lowest level allowing up to €500 per day. The casino may also process withdrawals according to an individual payment schedule and allows a maximum of three pending withdrawals at a time.
While we understand that this means withdrawing the remaining balance may take considerable time, we cannot require the casino to increase its withdrawal limit or pay the entire balance at once.
Regarding the €11.50 deduction, this appears to be a fee charged by the payment provider rather than the casino.
As the casino continues to process your withdrawals and there is currently no indication that it is refusing to pay your balance, we will now close this complaint.
Should the payments stop or any withdrawal remain unpaid for more than 14 days, please contact us again, and we will be happy to review the situation.
Thank you for your understanding, and we hope the remainder of your balance is paid smoothly.
Best regards,
Jean
