On 22 may I Deposit 2000 rupees but didn't credited in my account customer service says it will be added than i again added which is credited so 2 time I added 1 added 1 not added when 24 hours gone n not added I talk to customer service they says they need to check my bank pdf i sended but till than with this date no reply anything 90 days gone where is my money now

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a complicated process that might take approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

Could you please advise if you contacted your payment provider?

Do I understand correctly you deposited with the same provider again on multiple occasions and these deposits were successful?
