I was playing the game called Gold Blitz express, on the screen showed I won 58.40 ,but when I went to withdraw my winnings they were not in my history, so I complained to support but never got any satisfaction. They just keep telling me to check my game history,so I told them I did but it wasn't there.This happened twice to me on the same game, the first time it happened I won $143.00 and it wasn't in my history when I went to withdraw. I didn't expect it to be gone so I didn't take a screen shot the first time only the second time.But I've sent a bunch of messages with know satisfaction.

Could you please forward any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or videos, possibly your game history with the exact time of the incident, along with any relevant communication to veronika.f@casino.guru? Have you stopped playing right after the incident?
