Hi there ,


I withdrew 2 amounts of $750 on July 7th and 8th totalling $1500. I have reached out to the casino a few times offering verification to speed up the process of the withdrawals and I was told my account dose not need verification at this time and that they do strive for 3 days but it may take longer . In their policies it dose say 3 business days to process but it is now passed that and my withdraws are both still " under review " I came here to read reviews on the casino and see that a lot of complaints are about withdrawals and now I am concerned the same thing will happen to me . I do admit I do get speedy replies from customer service when I email but they have all said that they are actively working on processing my request with no further information
