I kept asking why the recycling requirement isn't decreasing they didn't reply but just contact me by email .. well I was playing more in between and now I asked about it they said I was playing too high and my winnings will be denied.

What kind of bonus did you use to accumulate your current winnings? Could you please advise if you are able to see your betting history? When was the last time you communicated with the casino?

Please note that it is very common for the casino to have a max bet rule for their bonuses, which when the player breaches, the casino has every right to void the player's winnings.
