Hi! I have replenished the account for 15 USD through crypto, just to try. But funds haven't been credited, I wrote several times to support, but they initially replied that they need more time to check, then after several weeks, they just ignore me.


I do not recommend giving them a penny, seems that they don't care about customers. Hope they soon will close as seems they are working illegally. And thanks god I didn't transfer them any significant amount.
