I am filing this complaint against Patang Casino regarding an unpaid withdrawal and the subsequent arbitrary blocking of my account.




1. Deposit and Gameplay:




I registered an account from the UAE. The casino allowed me to deposit funds and participate in games without any warnings or restrictions regarding my geographic location.




2. Withdrawal and Initial Approval:




After requesting a withdrawal, I received a formal confirmation email from the casino stating that my withdrawal had been approved. However, the funds never arrived in my account.




3. Request for Documentation:




When I followed up on the delayed payment, the casino’s support team suddenly claimed I was playing from a "restricted region". They requested a copy of my bank statement for verification. I complied immediately and submitted all the requested documentation to prove my identity and transaction history.




4. Account Block & Lack of Communication:




Following the submission of my data, the casino stopped responding to my inquiries. Shortly thereafter, I discovered that my account had been blocked entirely. I am now unable to log in, and the casino is ignoring all my emails and communication attempts.




Requested Outcome:




I believe it is unfair for a casino to accept deposits from a region and then use that same region as a reason to withhold winnings and block an account. I am requesting that Patang Casino pays my outstanding balance and provides a full explanation for the account closure.

Hi dear Jean,


Thank for the response for the complaint i submitted. I've added the required details below.


1. Accessing Patang Casino doesn't need a vpn here(UAE). But some providers restricted their games here. So very rarely i used a vpn for play some games.


Patang has never mentioned anywhere that VPN is restricted or not allowed. I have not seen it anywhere. Also Patang can be accessed and deposited without a VPN. I have deposited many times and never face any kind of issues.


The restriction is only when making withdrawals. after their maximum withdrawal time ends asked my bank statement for verify that fund not arrived in my account, i submitted the satatement and after they blocked my account.


This is not a good response for a reputed company. They have cheated the customer who deposited the money. it's like a fake casino that cheats people.


2. India is my nationality and I've used my Indian passport with selfie for verification. India is used in registration and all of the details I provided is genuine.


3. India (Kerala) is my permanent residence and here I'm living for job related. At anytime i moved to my permanent residence. here I'm staying only for temporary and I've not a residence permit here.

When i ask my winning amount they closed my account and said restricted region. But they need my deposit money. There's no issue for depositing from a restricted region.. for what i need to deposit if they can't give winning money ?

Why they didn't say this issue when i deposit ?

After i submitted a withdrawal request almost 5 times but they didn't said anything about I'm playing from a restricted region.

This casino not mentioned any restricted region list anywhere in the site. Also there's any issue for accessing patang casino from UAE. why they don't block players from a restricted region ?

Why they still holding the withdrawal amount ?
