First, my withdrawals from yesterday are as follows:-

withdrawals. The total amount withdrawn is 65,000 EGP, detailed as follows:


Vodafone Cash: 10,000 EGP (2 transactions of 5,000 EGP each) – Received.✓


InstaPay: 55,000 EGP (11 transactions of 5,000 EGP each).

Out of these 11 transactions,

Only 9 transactions (totaling 45,000 EGP) have been successfully received.✓

There are 2 missing transactions (5,000 x 2 = 10,000 EGP) that have not been credited to my account yet.


Second, my deposits, two deposits from today morning till now not credited to my account with amounts of

1,000/- & 150/-

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I've received a confidential file through one employee working with parimatch, this file is the evidence on the illegal activities parimatch is practicing on customers accounts and money, which I'll share on Facebook and other social media platforms tonight.   • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?

1- Yes I've made on the same day another 12 successful withdrawal transactions. Also i suffered a lot with parimatch to transfer the amounts to my bank account, and they did all except this last transaction with the amount of 5,000/-

2- Yes, my account is verified successfully and passed all the KYC requirements.

3- No bonuses were active when i made these withdrawals transactions, as i mentioned earlier I've 13 withdrawal transactions on the same day but received only 12 successfully.

4- I'm playing only casino games.

I would like to share some of my recent conversations with parimatch customer (no support) team, showing you that because I'm passing through a tough time, with personal family issue, i was begging for my money, my own right, and nothing changed, they are such heartless creatures , i need an explanation for what is going on with me, and to clarify if I'm going to receive my withdrawal amount or forget about it.

Hi lucia, hope you are doing well, unfortunately it's been so long and complicated from their side, they are not trying to resolve anything, the case briefly, that on 3rd of March, I've made 13 withdrawal transactions, as they are limiting the withdrawal to 5,000/- maximum per transaction. So I've received only 12 out of the 13 withdrawal transactions on 2 consecutive days, 3rd & 4th of March, i kept waiting for the last one to be transferred to my bank account but nothing appeared, at the same time i found all transactions status on the application are mentioned completed, i started contacting the support team on a daily basis and I've provided all and each single required document they asked for as a proof that i never received this last transaction amount, and still I'm receiving only "we are sorry & appreciate your patience & still in review with authorized team" nothing more than that, even several times I've asked for the 13 transfer confirmation receipts and they never responded for my request.

I am about to lose hope as i found most of customers reviews on social media that parimatch is not a trusted platform specially in such cases. The good part here that they had confessed to me that, they know that there's a missed withdrawal with the amount of 5,000/- and it wasn't transferred to my bank account. And i have all the screenshots for these conversations
