I have a documented gambling problem and have disclosed this to Parimatch on multiple occasions since 2022, requesting self-exclusion. At one point my account was closed for approximately one year, but I was subsequently allowed to reopen and continue gambling — despite my earlier disclosure of a gambling problem still being on file.

Most recently, when I asked for the account to be blocked again, I was told I would need to submit a signed statement along with my government ID, waiving any claims against the company, before they would apply the block. This is the same as all they ask for when i ask to reopen it, they just refuse to forever actually block me, despite me telling them countless times i have a severe issue.

On Sept 4, I sent Parimatch a formal written request for permanent self-exclusion (again, for probably the fifth time in the last five years), explicitly declining to sign any waiver of claims as a condition, and asking for written confirmation within 5 business days. As of today, I have not received a response.

I am asking Casino Guru to help me secure a permanent, unconditional self-exclusion from this operator, and to address the practice of requiring customers with disclosed gambling problems to sign liability waivers before self-exclusion requests are honored.
