Hello,


Yesterday at 2:40 a.m. I made a deposit on 300 euro to Panda.bet Casino via Revolut and my casino balance still hasn't been updated. I am getting really worry because it is 41 hours already and I don't know where is my money. They ignore my e-mails and messages on the live chat.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a manual process that might take up to a month to resolve. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’s credited to your casino account.

I have reported it to Revolut and Kryptonim.com as a payment provider. I also keep trying to contact Panda.bet but without any result.


I hope that I will find out something as soon as possible.

I fully understand your frustration. As I mentioned earlier, it may take some time for the funds to be located and refunded to your bank account or credited to your casino account. As the matter is not entirely in the hands of the casino, I will set the timer for an additional 21 days to allow a full month for the transactions to clear.
