I won 1160 and had no wager left but they kept the cash back . They said I breached the terms and conditions. That I went over the euros bet . But I'm a genuine vulnerable person and I have health issues and I have a numb left side . Granulomatous in the brain . I can't adjust settings correctly and I read wrong . I have so much going on with my health . I have lesions on the brain. They won't even give me it as its Xmas. I'm so upset. They have closed my account . I verified my account also .

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? What kind of term did you breach? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I am responsible but I have memory blanks as I have lesions on the brain . Granulomatous. Seizures. Trouble understanding and remembering . It's so upsetting that they took it all from me

Unfortunately, if you did bet over the maximum allowed limit, the casino had right to confiscate your winnings and there is nothing anybody could do regarding the funds.
