Joined a non gamstop casino online unknown to me the problems and reviews people have given online. After depositting around 1800 euros over the course of 6 to 8 weeks. I had accumulated around 45,000 euros. Playing mainly on live Immersive Roulette for long periods of hours throughout many days and doing bets on football. I started to follow their withdrawal procedure of 1000 a day 2500 a week. It took nearly 1 week to process and approve my first withdrawal. Which was approved and sent to my account of 1000 euros within due time after approval. After reading reviews on sister sites i became worried about the payout of the withdrawal i found nothing of Palm.Casino. However the first withdrawal came through after constantly messaging live chat for updates in the politest ways. A whole week went by after that the second withdrawal did not get processed live chat kept saying they dont know and email replies said the payments team is looking into it. The following week on Monday the 18th of September the compliance team from their casino messages saying my accounts been banned after suspicious activity on my gameplay. How can you do suspicious activity on a roulette table they literally isnt anything i can press to cheat lol. Absolute scam artists just like the reviews of their sister sites which i have read online. Like all the non gamstop sites and so called curacao sites. People need to be made aware. No point playing incase you win good money you wont get a pay out. After playing more i went down to 25000 euros but deep inside me i knew something like this will happen. Or that simply they wont process withdrawals. Funny reason for telling me i did suspicious activity on my gaming. I have screen shots and screen recordings of chats, gameplay of live immersive roulette from the moments i reached 8000 euros to 10000 to 13000 to 20000 etc etc etc. Casino Guru please help make people aware of their scamming nature. So they do not profitize. These fraudsters are absolute liars and will take deposit but not pay out if you win good amounts.

Please put up palm casino on the search so others can type it in and find this post to their benefit. Here is the screenshot which i woke up to, i have screen recordings of gameplay plus live chats during when i asked about withdrawals too if you need please let me know

<<< As you can see only one withdrawal was approved and they did not accuse me of suspicious activity, so how can they later accuse me of suspicious activity and confiscate my winnings and ban my account. It is fraudulent activity on their behalf.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. The website seems to be under maintenance. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from the casino's side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
