I've Uploaded my documents for verification 5 days ago and nothing yet.


I sent them an email asking what was going on a little over 24 hours ago and still nothing.


I'm waiting to withdrawal 3000$ and they don't seemed to want to check my document for approval.


Can you help ?

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Therefore, I would recommend that we wait for at least one more week. I will keep this complaint opened and if there is no development, we will intervene. Please, let us know if there is anything new in the meantime.
