Dear Casino Guru Team,


I would like to file a complaint against OshCasino due to an unjustified delay in processing my withdrawal.


My casino account is fully verified. I have made withdrawals in the past, and they were always processed on time without any issues.


On June 5, 2026, I requested a withdrawal in the amount of PLN 8,466.10. Despite the fact that 18 days have passed, the withdrawal is still marked as "Pending" and has not been processed.


I have contacted customer support several times, but I have not received a clear explanation regarding the reason for the delay or a specific date when the withdrawal will be processed. I have also not been informed that any additional documents or actions are required from my side.


Since my account is fully verified and previous withdrawals were processed without delays, the current situation raises serious concerns.


I kindly ask Casino Guru to assist me in resolving this matter and to intervene in order to ensure that my withdrawal is processed as soon as possible.
