Título del reclamo: Orobet - Unjustified account block and confiscated funds under false fraud allegations

Cuerpo del mensaje:

Casino Name: Orobet

Disputed Amount:$ 220.000 pesos clp / $230 dólares

Payment Method Used: MACH (Chilean bank account registered under my own name)

Description of the issue:

I deposited funds into my Orobet account using my personal bank payment method (MACH). After attempting to withdraw my legitimate winnings, the platform blocked my account, accusing me of "fraud" and "multi-accounting" without providing any evidence or detailed explanation.

I am the sole owner of this account, the bank account used to deposit belongs exclusively to me, and I have not violated any terms of service. I have repeatedly offered to complete any Advanced/Biometric KYC verification (Liveness check, live selfie with ID, video call, or proof of address), but Orobet support refuses to provide a verification link or review my case, opting instead to confiscate my balance.

Other reputable platforms using strict European payment gateways have successfully verified my identity without any issues. Orobet is acting in bad faith by retaining my funds arbitrarily.

My Goal:

I request Orobet to either enable full KYC verification so I can prove my identity, or immediately release my remaining balance to my original deposit method.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Orobet Casino.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions so I can better understand the situation.

  • Could you please advise how long you were a player at the casino and when exactly your account was blocked?
  • What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, betting on sports)
  • Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas
