The player from Kazakhstan has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet.
The user agreement states that withdrawals take up to 5 business days, but it has already been 7 days, and now the casino is reneging on its statement and saying that due to technical issues, they will not be able to process the withdrawal.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I made a withdrawal on 04.02 and passed verification on the same day, as I am familiar with the reputation of this casino and knew that they would wait until the last minute to request KYC. On 04.02, I received a message that I had successfully passed verification (1 screenshot). As a result, after 5 working days (7 regular days), the casino writes that they cannot make a withdrawal due to technical problems and the withdrawal time is unknown. Six hours later, I receive a letter stating that I did not pass verification, even though they themselves confirmed that I did. Now, after passing verification, the casino is asking me to wait another 5 days. A complete scam.
