I deposited money. After the Instructions for a withdrawal could be made. Then they amended my bank details on the withdrawal site. Now thy require a 3rd deposit to correct my account details. Which I never entered incorrectly.

I copied the account details directly from banking app to their app .

Then they only first 4 numbers and last 4 numbers with 5 stars inbetween. That gives you a total of 13 numbers for your account most banks are between 8 to 12 digits,  mine is 11 to be exact. When I copy a past I don't edit or amend any digits. And I check it. Then when I wanted to withdraw the VIP customer service said I entered my number incorrectly and I had to deposit more funds to change my account details. Ok bets had access to change information on the app . They wrote the app they can change information on the app .


Have you passed the KYC verification, please? They haven't asked me to do a KYC verification and they haven't put a page where you fill in your KYC details. Only user name password date of birth phone number not verified.at all
