I had a winning hand if Blackjack, which I sent them ample screenshots of, but the winning hand was never credited to my account. This was in December. Any time I tried to follow up they would just say someone would get back to me, but I never ever heard a thing.

Yup I be contacted then several times since I closed my account. Reason I closed it because I got tired of the same generic response any time I asked about it. All I was told was that is hear back via email soon. It's been 3 months now. I absolutely do not trust this casino, and wouldn't never deposit another dime here, and there really was nowhere to file a complaint against this casino until I saw it on casino guru, so it made most sense to close it and just assume i wouldn't see my winnings
