I am filing a formal complaint against NV Casino (ID: 77059701). My account is fully verified (Approved), yet my withdrawal is being repeatedly rejected. They demand a photo of a physical card, despite me providing an official Skrill Transaction Report (Consumer ID: 230130336) proving the card is Virtual. The casino has disabled Live Chat and is ignoring my emails.


According to the CGA regulation regarding player protection and fair gaming, the operator is obliged to process withdrawals for verified accounts. My account (ID: 77059701) is already Approved, and I have provided the necessary Skrill Transaction Report (Consumer ID: 230130336) as proof of my virtual card ownership. The continued refusal to pay, based on a request for a physical photo of a non-existent plastic card, constitutes a violation of the fair gaming principles and reasonable KYC practices outlined by the regulatory authority
