I'm still waiting for my €500 payout. The support team just tells me to wait and wait. They promise on their website that the money will be in my account within 5 business days. It's very rude to promise on their website that you can't fulfill them!

I received a confirmation letter on 9.06 that the withdrawal was successful. I wrote to the support team asking when the money would arrive in my account, they replied that I should wait 72 hours. I waited 3 days. I wrote again and they said that the money would be in the account no later than 12.06 at 10.10 (UTC). There was still no money in the account. They claim that they made the transfer on 9.06 and the money should be in the account. The money has not arrived in my account! I have written to them every day and they reply that I should wait and wait.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
