Hello there

i need really help with Night Bet casino.

i made a withdrawal request on Monday 06.04.2026 and since then the casino keeps it pending and doesent process it!

my profile is verified and in the T&C of the own casino is stated that withdrawals are processed within 24h. The live support answers are just to wait, they are processing, they are controlling ect. I never taked a bonus and k played just real money.

i hope casino guru will help

well my account is fully verified and the only problem is that the withdrawal ist still beeing checked since 06/04/2025 still not processed.

today is the 8th day that im waiting to be approved

like i said, i played just with my deposit money and taked no bonus

Now they just added a cash back bonus in my account. I contacted the chat and they said they cant cancel it. And it will not affect the withdrawal. I send the screenshots just to be sure. I never asked for this bonus
