Dear Jolo1974,
Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to assist you with your complaint. As part of our internal policy, we do not handle or mediate complaints where a player has threatened to initiate or has initiated a chargeback with their payment provider.
Please understand that online casinos may consider a chargeback concerning a voluntarily authorized and successfully processed payment to be a form of fraudulent or potentially fraudulent activity. From the casino's perspective, it indicates that a player is attempting to reverse a payment that was already used for the intended purpose.
A chargeback may also cause you problems with other online casinos in the future, as casinos may share information about players and payment-related activity. If a casino becomes aware of a chargeback associated with your history, it may consider you a higher-risk customer and may be concerned that you could initiate a similar dispute with them. For this reason, casinos may treat a chargeback history as a potential fraud-risk indicator, even when the chargeback was related to another casino.
We understand that you may have your reasons for considering a chargeback, and we are not suggesting that every chargeback is fraudulent. However, for the reasons explained above, we must reject the complaint.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards
Veronika
