Last week Pragmatic Play had a tournament with the following games: Big Bass Splash 1000, Anaconda Gold, Sugar Rush Super Scatter, Fortune of Olympus and they had 2-3 more games that I don't remember what they were.

The tournament ended on Friday morning or Saturday morning and my ranking was 16th if I remember correctly and I won €1000.

On Sunday I connected to N1 Casino and as soon as I entered a pragmatic play game, it gave me a message that I had won €1000 from the tournament which would be credited the next business day. It has been essentially 3 days and still nothing, in older tournaments the money is credited 1 to 2 hours after the tournament ends, even if it is a weekend. On Monday 2/3/26 I contacted N1 customer service and they told me that they have assigned my complaint to the relevant department but still nothing has been done. Is there anything else I can do or has anyone faced something similar? This all seems very strange to me and I don't like it.
