N1 Bet Casino - Player’s winnings haven’t been received yet.

I requested a crypto withdrawal of €1750 almost 3 days ago. According to the casino’s own rules, withdrawals should be processed within 72 hours.

My account is fully verified (KYC completed a month ago).

This is a crypto withdrawal, which normally takes only a few minutes once approved.

The withdrawal has remained pending and cancelable all this time, which shows it has not been processed by the financial department yet.

I contacted support several times (see screenshots). I always received the same standard replies such as "manual check, please wait" or "sometimes longer than 72h", but no clear explanation or resolution.

After I reminded them about the 72h timeframe, I was told about "regular checks" despite being fully verified for a long time.

This situation is very concerning, as my funds are still locked and the casino is not providing a proper solution or timeframe.

I kindly ask Casino Guru to assist me in resolving this issue and ensure that my withdrawal is processed as promised.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
