N1 Bet Casino - Player's account has been closed and winnings confiscated.

Hi , I deposited on N1 bet $1000 and - won $2400 on top, before depositing i did ask them if I have any account with them

and the chat said no , I submitted all my documents and everything was approved- once I initiated the withdrawal they said i have other casino account prior and my winnings are forfeited. I did ask details of my previous account and there was no

reply , i never player on their site before , i never took any bonus from

them. Now they have disabled my account.

Based on what information did the casino determine you don't have another account in the casino?

Answer- they are not telling me any details of my previous account - i never player on this site before in my life. I have asked the support to share the information but i get just a generic response.

What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, betting on sports) 

answer- i played sports betting - lost couple of bets and then hit one major bet on 3.40.

Please understand that if you mainly placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation. There are many multiple-account strategies used by players focusing on sports betting. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly.
