MyStake scamed me 30,000€ on the 19.07.2021 without any reason. They just told me they cant withdrawal this such of amount because i got a deal with them.


But i deposit myself to mystake and still they dont want to cashout and deleted my whole balance.


I hope a site like Casino.Guru will help me in this case. I am totally in the right!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawals. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawals were requested back in the summer of 2021? Have you been given any explanation of what caused the delay? Is your account still accessible?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but waiting for one and a half year for your winnings is unacceptable. Sadly, if that's the case, I'm not sure if we will be able to help you after such a long time.
