The player from Mexico believes she has been scammed by the casino, as they continually prevent her from withdrawing her winnings, despite her attempts to get her money back.
It's a scam, they just kept giving me the runaround and never let me withdraw my money. I want my money back, I lost money, I invested in their garbage.

That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
