E act same problem as with goldwin, a sister site. Doing everything to stall paying out. Verification went on for 5 days. Then I get an email - all other emails ignored - telling me to cancel my crypto withdrawal and do a bank transfer, which I do, then only option to withdraw IS crypto. So I'm told to do crypto withdrawal again. Since then, no payout and 50+ emails ignored. Identical thing happening with goldwin. At my wits end with both of them.

Kyc is fully completed. Live chat no answer. There is no excuse for your delaying tactics. Who, in this day and age will accept any casino or business for that matter being expected to wait 14 days to be paid out?

No issue with instant deposit though. I will not play and lose my money, no matter how long you stall. Pay out.

Interesting how here got an instant response but you can't answer 50+ emails?????

16 days, still no payout. After getting an email telling me to withdraw by crypto, the only option then, they come back a week later, when there time was up and tell me I can't withdraw by crypto! And suddenly, like magic, a bank transfer is an option to withdraw! Magic!! But of course, this means I have another "5 working days" , ie ANOTHER week to wait. Even though it was their mistake. Did the withdrawal for 4th time and their time is up again. Although live chat have been telling all about how their finance team are just INUNDATED at the moment.....never saw that one coming...
