The player from Ireland is on day 7 of a withdrawal request and has received generic responses from chat agents, stating the request is a priority. Despite contacting her VIP managers via email, she feels ignored and finds the situation unfair.
I am now on day 7 of my withdrawal request, I have been told on 4 different occasions that it has been made a priority. This clearly isn't the case. The agents on chat continue to give me the same copy and paste messages, with no actual facts or update. My vip managers are ignoring my emails. I find this to be completely unfair for any player. I would not recommend this site to anyone, in fact I would tell then to stay as far away as possible. Please help me with this.
