This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Yes, that’s true but every time I talk to your customer service, I can even get a hold of them by chance it’s always oh it’s being processed right now. I elevated it to my boss and still as of today September 30. there’s been no deposit in my account. I believe there’s other people that have had the same issue.

I contact the customer service on October 1 and basically got the same answer that they’re working on it. I’ve been placed into top priority. It’s been risen to the head of the finance department or whoever does that the making of sending out the money and they’re not in any problem. It’s not a scam though. I really don’t know what to believe. They just keep on saying I will get you your money get your money and no money has been deposited into my account out up today.
