I have tried to self exclude from this site many times. All to no success I have spent well over £4010 from the time I have asked to self exclude and they keep offering me cash. I told them I can’t keep doing what I am doing, ie spending all my wages every month but they keep my account open. I need help closing and for them to return my money as I’m in a lot of trouble now. About to lose my flat etc.

First, I’d like to clarify the difference between account closure and self-exclusion:

  • Closing an account is a simple process with minimal impact—players can reopen their accounts at any time, and the casino has no ongoing obligations toward them.
  • Self-exclusion, on the other hand, comes with stricter restrictions. When a player successfully requests self-exclusion, the casino agrees not to reopen the account, except under specific circumstances (such as after a cooling-off period, but never for players with gambling problems).
