Its a tricky case… the Casino named mrpunter freeze my BonusWager at 944€.

i have no chance to complete the bonus wager, because the wager stucked ar 944€. I placed many many bets with odds of 2, but these bets will not accepted.

i think it is a trick that i lose my hole bonus money of 719€. The support is not helping me at all, just standard phrases, but no interested to solve the problem.

its really frustrating to lose the hole bonus…
