They suspended my account in november 2025 so when i tried logging in i got the message "Account under review".
I got no explanation but told it would be closed. I then asked them to withdraw my remaining funds to my previously used payment method (Mifinity)
I received an email 21/11/2025 stating that to finish the verification om my account they needed the following documents
· ID + selfie (Onfido)
· Selfie med ID (AOS)
· Proof of Ownership (POO)
· Transactions for MiFinity for the period 18.07 – 18.08
I sent them all the request documents the same day.
For some reason they needed me to resend it so i did both 13/01/2026 & 14/01/2026 before i did so again now the 13/03/2026
I also sent in a formal complaint 02/02/2026 without ever hearing from them (even though i contacted support numerous times)
I have after that been in contact with support on live chat the following dates ( i have saved all the conversations). All they ever tell me is to be patient.

16/04/2026 – With Emanuela
I have now sent them an email stating again that i want my remaining funds withdrawn to my bank account (along with all my banking info)
