I am filing a complaint against MrGamb for the unlawful confiscation of my winnings totaling 110,000 TRY. Before I started playing, I received explicit confirmation from an official representative (Melis) that a 1x wagering requirement was sufficient for withdrawal.

However, after generating winnings, the operator retrospectively changed the requirements. Even after completing their forced 3x wagering with a strategic Roulette play, the operator confiscated my entire balance. They falsely labeled my play as "guaranteed profit." Furthermore, their license is currently INVALID, and they have stopped responding to official emails. I have attached all screenshots as evidence.

Hello Attila,

​The casino’s silence and their request for more time is a clear admission of their inability to justify seizing my funds. They are simply stalling because they have no valid evidence.

​To clarify your questions:

​Bonus Usage: I did NOT use any bonuses. I played only with my own deposit.

​Account Access: I still have access to my account.

​The Situation: I followed all rules and even completed an arbitrary 3x wager they imposed later. Their "guaranteed profit" claim is a baseless excuse to steal my 110,000 TL winnings.

​MrGamb is acting in bad faith by avoiding official communication. I request Casino Guru to hold them accountable for this unlawful seizure.
