I have tried to withdraw my winnings since the 13th May 2026 but I am just confused about what is going on... from the start they said just be patient... so firstly they said kyc ... ok but I was already verified. Then apparently the didn't have my id on file.. again weird because how would you verify my documents without that... then it was said that someone cancelled the withdrawal... another 3 days later after again for the 3rdtime doing the withdrawal I am stuck on waiting for the review... now moemoe in their terms and conditions state a 24 hour turn around... now I can accept delays ... no communication really
