Dear Casino Guru Complaints Team,

I would like to ask for your assistance with a withdrawal problem at Millioner Casino.

I initially deposited €50 at Millioner Casino. After playing, my real-money balance increased to approximately €800.40. I have since tried several times to withdraw my money, but every withdrawal attempt has been cancelled or rejected.

€10 withdrawal

My first withdrawal was for €10. It remained pending for several days and was then cancelled. I did not cancel it myself. The money was returned to my casino balance.

Millioner sent me an email saying that if I had not cancelled the withdrawal myself, the failure may have been caused by a technical error at the payment provider.

€50 withdrawal

On 12 September 2026, I requested a €50 withdrawal by bank transfer.

This withdrawal also remained pending for several days and was subsequently rejected/cancelled. I did not cancel this withdrawal either. The €50 was returned to my casino balance.

€500 withdrawal

On 15 September 2026, I requested a €500 withdrawal by bank transfer.

This withdrawal progressed further than the previous attempts. My Millioner payment history showed the withdrawal with the status "Processing" ("Verwerken").

However, on 21 September 2026, Millioner cancelled the €500 withdrawal as well.

Again, I did not cancel it myself.

Millioner sent me the same generic explanation stating that the failed withdrawal may have been caused by a technical error at the payment provider.

This means that I have now attempted to withdraw €10, €50 and €500, and all three withdrawals have failed or been cancelled/rejected.

Problems with Millioner support

I contacted Millioner customer support and my case was registered under ticket #56178901.

Strangely, their support team told me that they were unable to locate an account associated with the email address and phone number I provided.

However, these are the contact details registered in my Millioner account. I can log into the account normally, see my balance and payment history, and Millioner’s own system sends withdrawal confirmation and cancellation emails to the same registered email address.

I sent Millioner screenshots from my logged-in profile demonstrating this contradiction. I also provided evidence of the withdrawal requests.

I subsequently sent them a detailed request asking their financial/technical department to investigate the repeated failed withdrawals.

They have not provided a substantive response to my latest email and the withdrawal problem remains unresolved.

I find the situation particularly concerning because the €500 withdrawal had already reached the Processing stage before Millioner cancelled it.

I am willing to complete any legitimate KYC or account verification that Millioner requires. I simply want to withdraw my real-money balance successfully.

I have screenshots and emails documenting the withdrawal requests, their statuses, the cancellations and my communication with Millioner support, and I can provide these as evidence.

Requested resolution

I would like Millioner Casino to provide a functioning withdrawal method and allow me to withdraw my full remaining real-money balance of approximately €800.40, subject to any legitimate verification requirements.

I would also like Millioner to explain why all three withdrawal attempts were cancelled/rejected and why their support team claimed that they could not locate my account despite their own system recognizing my account and registered email address.

I would greatly appreciate Casino Guru’s assistance in contacting Millioner and helping resolve this matter.

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards,

B. H.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

  • Have you completed account verification, or has the casino asked you to provide any documents?
  • Did you use a bonus while accumulating these winnings?
  • Have you tried a withdrawal method other than bank transfer? If so, what happened?
  • Could you please send me your withdrawal history showing all three attempts, along with the casino’s cancellation emails and your complete correspondence with support? Please forward emails in their original .eml or .msg format where possible. My email address is veronika.f@casino.guru.

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
