Midarion Casino - Player believes that their withdrawal has been delayed.

The reason I'm complaining today is because my withdrawals still havent been processed after 10 business days. This kind of delay isnt mentioned anywhere and doesn’t seem normal. My account doesn’t require any verification either, so im a bit unsure on whats causing this.

I have also contacted support with live chat, but the experience hasn’t been good. The replies feel very generic and repetitive, and it doesn’t seem like anyone is actually looking into the issue or helping move things forward.

I would appreciate some assistance and help in my case and the acceleration of my withdrawal process, thanks!

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
