The original website you provided is no longer operational and it appears, that the casino had been operating under a fake license. Because of this, we do not have any reliable communication channel through which we could reach the operator or effectively mediate the dispute.
Based on the information available, it is very likely that this website was part of a network of unregulated gambling sites. In such cases, our ability to intervene or recover funds is unfortunately extremely limited and the only thing left for us to do is to close the complaint and assign a respective amount of black points.
For this reason, we will now close this complaint as unresolved, as there is no casino representative available to participate in the mediation process. If you believe you have been the victim of a scam, you may also consider reporting the incident to your local authorities or through official Australian scam-reporting platforms such as Scamwatch or the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
