1. What games did you focus on? I focused exclusively on sports betting (football, basketball, baseball). I did not play any casino games (slots, live dealers). My betting turnover was honest and transparent. Regarding bonuses: I did not intentionally accept any bonuses; they were applied automatically by the system and I manually declined/cleared them before attempting my first withdrawal.

Furthermore, I successfully passed the KYC verification process and received an official confirmation email stating that my account was verified and withdrawals were available. If the system had any suspicions regarding duplicate data, the verification would not have been approved. A block occurring just 2 hours after a manual KYC approval is groundless and contradictory.

3. Did you receive your winnings with or without an active bonus? The winnings were obtained without the use of bonuses. I did not activate any promotional offers. Upon attempting my first withdrawal, I double-checked to ensure no bonus obligations were attached to the account. The entire balance consists of pure winnings from bets made with real funds.

Regarding the specific accusations: I have obtained screenshots from the casino's official community where a representative finally stated the reason for the block: "betting fraud (surebets) + multi-accounting with overlapping crypto transactions."

I strictly deny these allegations based on the following:

No Surebets: My bets were placed on major high-liquid markets (Top European football leagues, top-tier basketball, and baseball). Arbitrage is virtually impossible and non-viable on such events.

No Multi-accounting: I use a unique device and my own personal crypto-wallet.

The Logic Gap: Most importantly, the casino manually reviewed and approved my KYC. If there were any "overlaps" or links to other accounts/wallets, the security system would have flagged them during the verification process, not 2 hours after officially clearing my account.

Privacy Violation & Data Breach: The operator is discussing my private account details and specific accusations in a public Telegram chat with third parties instead of providing evidence to me or the mediator.

I am fully prepared to provide undeniable confirmation for all my statements, including:

Censorship Evidence: Screenshots showing I was blocked in the general community chat immediately after raising my issue.
