Good morning, I signed up to the mega555.bet website and decided to play as the site does not ask for verification of documents, I won €9000 and only €421 plus €125 came into my account, I made the rest of the winnings on April 24, 2026 via VISA method, that is, P2P transfers and I have not yet received the remaining amounts. The site has a maximum limit of €500 for each withdrawal but lets you withdraw the rest of the money.
The site doesn't allow me to contact customer support, nor do I have access to an email to get in touch, but they do have an App.
How can I talk to someone at this casino site?
