Case summary

The player from Bangladesh suspected that MCW operated without a legitimate gaming license and alleged manipulation of game results, particularly in Sic Bo. He noted the presence of an "Auto-Loss Mode" and identical results across multiple betting sites, which raised concerns about central control. The Complaints Team reviewed the evidence provided but found it insufficient to support the player's claims of unfair practices. Ultimately, the complaint was closed due to the player's lack of response to inquiries, although he retained the option to reopen it in the future.

. MCW Complaint (English)

Title: Suspected Result Manipulation, No Proper License, Auto-Loss Mode

Complaint:

> I believe MCW is operating without a legitimate gaming license. After depositing money, the results start to change unnaturally — especially in Sic Bo and similar games. The platform seems to switch to an "Auto-Loss Mode" where it's impossible to win.

Moreover, I noticed that multiple betting sites, including MCW, show identical game results at the exact same time, which strongly suggests central control or manipulation.

The site claims to be licensed by Anjouan eGaming, but there is no verifiable license info or responsible gambling policy. This is extremely concerning and misleading.

I urge Casino.Guru to investigate this platform. I can provide screenshots or videos if needed.

Hello Tomas,

Thank you for your response.

I would like to present my full experience and complaint regarding MCW Casino. I have been playing casino games for a long time, and I have deep experience particularly in Sic Bo. Based on my long-term observations, I strongly believe MCW Casino deliberately manipulates game results — especially targeting regular players who bet consistently.

Here is a breakdown of my experience:

1. Intentional Losing Patterns:

Whenever I start playing, the first 2–4 rounds usually give small wins with low bets. But as soon as I increase the bet amount — especially on "Big" — I start losing consistently for 8–10 rounds in a row.

For example, if I keep betting on "Big," the result repeatedly shows "Small" or "Triple," and vice versa. This happens repeatedly and only when the bet amount is large, which clearly seems scripted and unnatural.

2. Delayed Results in High Bets:

When I place high bets, the result takes longer than usual to appear — significantly more than in normal rounds.

This delay is suspicious and strongly suggests they manipulate results based on the amount wagered.

3. Bet Rejections During Winning Chances:

Several times, when I try to place a winning bet, it gets rejected with an error message like "network issue," even though my internet is stable.

This rejection only happens when the bet is likely to win, which seems very intentional.

4. Over 200,000 BDT Lost:

I have lost more than 200,000 Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) on this platform, most of which was lost through their casino games.

I have only withdrawn small amounts through sports betting, not from the casino.

5. False License Claims:

I contacted Gaming Curacao directly to verify MCW’s license, and they clearly confirmed that MCW is not licensed under them.

This proves that MCW is falsely claiming to be licensed and is misleading users.

6. No Access to Full History:

MCW’s site does not allow viewing betting or deposit history beyond 7 days. This limitation prevents users like me from providing complete proof of losses and suspicious activity.

It seems like a deliberate way to hide evidence.

7. Misleading Withdrawals:

Although my account shows a few small withdrawals, those were earned from sports markets, not the casino.

I have lost nearly everything in the casino section.

---

My Request:

I am claiming 150,000 BDT, which is far less than my actual losses.

Due to clearly scripted results, false licensing, and targeted manipulation, I strongly believe this is a fair and justified claim.

I have attached below:

The official email from Gaming Curacao

Screenshots of recent betting and deposit history

Evidence of rejected bets and suspicious delays in result timing

I am a player from Bangladesh, and all my bets were made in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

I hope Casino Guru will take this matter seriously. MCW Casino’s practices are clearly unfair and fraudulent.

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

mahmudhasanmunna75

Supporting Evidence:

I went over the evidence you provided, however, I fail to see how it supports your assertion.

I want to inform you that we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Sometimes you might get lucky and sometimes not; that's how casinos and casino games work. I would recommend reading our article about Payout ratio (RTP): https://casino.guru/learn-about-games-of-chance-rtp-variance.

Unfortunately, at this time, if we don’t have any evidence proving that something unfair is going on, there is nothing we can do.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything else I could do for you regarding your complaint.

Best regards,

Tomas
