They failed social responsibility, failing to address my obvious symptoms of gambling addiction, failing to adhere to my requests to close my account self exclude.


They also saw my wageslips, which show wahe of £2500.... per month.... they allowed me to spend average of £2000plus per month.... how could that be affordable ?

I even told them this was money taken from my family!!!!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? When exactly did you request for self-exclusion and did you mention gambling addiction in that request? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Their final reply was 22nd.


They also then breached rules by sending me advertising on 24March.
