I am requesting your urgent help regarding a severely delayed withdrawal at Maximal Bet Casino (operating under domains maximalbet2.com / maximalbet9.com).
I currently have a pending withdrawal request for €500.00 submitted on June 2nd, 2026 (Transaction ID: 265193) which has been stuck in "in progress" status for over 45 days. Prior to this, my withdrawal request from May 25th, 2026 (Transaction ID: 258497) was canceled by the casino under the excuse of "security and fraud protection" to keep my funds safe.
However, after forcing me to submit the new withdrawal request on June 2nd, they have completely stalled the payment. My account is fully verified. Whenever I contact live chat support, the agents (such as agent Sonya) use repetitive stalling scripts, stating that "the funds are safe" and blaming the "financial department" for the delay. They even gave conflicting information, claiming the amount was in British Pounds (£) when my account currency is clearly Euros (€).
Furthermore, their official support email (support@maximalbet.com) is completely broken and returning a "554 5.7.1 Relay access denied" error, meaning they have shut down their communication channels to avoid players. The platform has also hidden my past transaction history from my profile dashboard.
I have attached clear screenshots of the pending transaction, the canceled transaction, the live chat transcripts, and the email delivery failure notice proving they are intentionally withholding my money and blocking contact. Please help me recover my €500. Thank you.
