They say your withdrawal is processed within 3 business days. Today is November 11, I submitted the withdrawal request on November 1. They continue to tell me they will add a note to my file so they will make it higher priority. I was expecting to see the money by last Friday by the end of the day as I’ve used other sites and that was the timeframe most of the time unless I was just completely scammed. It’s $320 dollars and I’ve been kind of depending on it to keep me going for the rest of this month.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

There were no changes so I cancelled and resubmitted the withdrawal request. Originally I had 2 separate withdrawals totaling in 320 but I cancelled it and made it one payment of 300. Hopefully that works.

this is a screen shot of the withdrawal, as you can see it still says under review. This is my first withdrawal, and I can’t even deposit more money until my withdrawal goes through to keep playing. I’ve asked a team member from the site if I will need to do a verification but they said no because you use your ID when you sign up im prettt sure they said

Also when I contact customer support they just say that there is a high volume of withdrawal requests. And when I asked what a rough time frame would be and they said to me that the finance department handles withdrawals and to be patient.. I’ll most likely use another site after Im finished with this withdrawal because I’ve never experienced this long of a wait from any other gambling websites
