Been waiting for x3 withdrawals of $800 each. Requested on 15,16,18 of May. Total balance incl withdrawals total $22,400 AUD.


Been a regular user and always had smaller withdrawals paid in 3-5 days.


Its only since my balance has increased to over $20k via winnings the withdrawals have stopped.


All replies from the casino state that funds are processing and are delayed. Just generic copy and paste responses with no substance. No time frames or decent reasons. Just false reassurance.


Account manager was assigned to the account who called me, congratulated on winnings and offered cash back to continue playing.


No KYC checks have been requested. Verification section on side says none required.


No winnings from bonuses.


Please help as I'm starting to think this is shady practice.

Hello. Thanks for the response.


I have been using the casino since August 2025.


I have always used the same withdrawal method, bank transfer with no issues in the past.


I have last contacted the casino Tuesday the second. I have spoke with them in the weeks leading up to now. Always the same response.

I can confirm that in the 20 minutes since my last response, my 3 pending withdrawals have been completed.
