I withdrew money on the 4th, and it’s been sitting in pending for two weeks. I’ve contacted support almost everyday, and they continue to give me the same answer. They told me my identity was fully verified, and then told me it’s in its final stages two different times. I feel like two weeks is a very long time, and I know they will keep stalling. The method I chose was e transfer.

No I didn’t use a bonus for the winnings.
